Inspirational Message for June 3 Meeting: End Polio Now!

Brad Howard will deliver the latest news on Rotary Foundation’s effort to snuff out polio once and for all.

Brad is a past president and charter member from the Rotary Club of Oakland-Sunrise, and 2002-03 district governor from Rotary District 5170. A key part of Brad’s Rotary engagement has been in support and use of the Rotary Foundation. 

As a past District Rotary Foundation chair, and the current Zone 26 Polio Challenge coordinator, Brad has been highly involved in Rotary polio eradication campaign.  He has participated in 13 national polio eradication campaigns and has taken over 700 people to participate in these events.  Brad will share the story of Rotary’s engagement of the eradication of this disease. He will provide an update on where we are today and how much longer it will take to talk about polio in the past.
