With one in four students dropping out of public high schools, the need for quality youth programs is critical. Our featured speaker this Friday will be Executive Director at
The First Tee of the Tri-Valley, which is an impressive set of programs that use golf to provide life skills education and expose Tri-Valley young people to strong core values.

First Tee reaches young people ages 5-18 through golf instruction and life skills lessons administered at chapters, military installations, and to students in elementary schools.  The organization provides quality youth golf programs that include adult mentors and safe places for young people. The program prepares students for success in high school, college and life, and can be part of the solution to the many challenges facing today’s youth.

First Tee will be one of the programs our upcoming
A Starry Night donations will help fund. Come hear more about the organization and how they are positively impacting the lives of children in the Tri-Valley.  We may also hear about the organization’s 8th annual First Tee Tri-Valley Pro Am which took place on Monday August 27th.
