As a B2B CFO Partner, I help private business owners with business transition services, banking, strategic planning, implementation, cash flow improvement, and gross margin improvement. I also help guide and prepare business owners with the overwhelming task of due diligence and business valuation improvement. I provide my consulting services on an as-needed long-term basis. This helps privately-held businesses as they benefit from my experience, without the fully loaded cost of a full-time employee. I have a BS in finance, BS in Accounting, and a Master's degree in Health Administration.
