We had a remarkable meeting with our District Governor, Howard Templin, last week.
He offered several suggestions to further strengthen and develop our Club and foster community engagement, which included:
- Partnering with other Rotary Clubs to work on service projects
- Partnering alongside Community Service clubs outside Rotary
- Inviting guests to our meetings, happy hours, and service days
He also recommended taking a long-term approach to club membership planning, encouraging us to take a three-year approach to forecasting.
