9am - 11am:  5 volunteers (Shift leader plus 4 volunteers – setup)

11am - 1pm: 5 volunteers (Shift leader plus 4 volunteers – watch 2 gates and festival support)

1pm – 3pm:  5 volunteers (Shift leader plus 4 volunteers – watch 2 gates and festival support)

3pm – 6pm: 5 volunteers (Shift leader plus 4 volunteers – watch 2 gates, tear down and festival support)

 

 IMPORTANT WAIVER & RELEASE FORMS (Required once per year)

 

Youth ages 14-17 can volunteer with Plano West Rotary Club unaccompanied and must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. 
 
Youth ages 13 and under can volunteer with Plano West Rotary Club, but must be accompanied by a parent/guardian the entire time, and must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian.
