Stuffing Back-to-School Backpacks

Support the education of Collin County students by stuffing new backpacks with school supplies. These backpacks will be distributed the next day by Jaxson Turner’s N2Y2C (Never 2 Young 2 Care) Charity.

Volunteers at both shifts will help unload/load school supplies, arrange items by type, and fill 200 backpacks with supplies according to grade-level lists.

IMPORTANT LOCATION DETAILS:

7501-A Independence Parkway Plano, TX 75025 is the building TO THE LEFT OF Davis Library. Once you enter the lobby, go to the Wes Hardy Community Room on your immediate left. If you cannot find the room, call Jennifer Shertzer at 214-850-3954.

 

 IMPORTANT WAIVER & RELEASE FORMS (Required once per year)

 

Youth ages 14-17 can volunteer with Plano West Rotary Club unaccompanied and must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. 
 
Youth ages 13 and under can volunteer with Plano West Rotary Club, but must be accompanied by a parent/guardian the entire time, and must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian.
