Would your Rotary Club like to help with an Adoption Awareness Fair?
Together we will host fun, food & games,
to help CPS connect children with potential parents
& find Forever Homes!
It’s as simple as 1-2-3!
1. Choose how you would like to volunteer:
- Club: a "booth" activity (games, arts & crafts, entertainment) or donation (kids’ breakfast, snacks, lunch, gift bag items) for your Rotary Club to host/donate.
- Individual: event support or donation (snacks, lunch, gift bag items)
2. Sign-up for your activity or donation, as well as request event details and questions, by contacting Michelle Thornton, president of Plano West Rotary, at:
3. Mark your calendars, turn in forms, & show up on Saturday, March 30th, 8:00am – 1:00pm in Plano, Texas to have fun!
- CPS requires that all attending Rotarians MUST have a newly completed CPS Texas Background Check verified before the event, as well as turning in the signed confidentiality agreement & DFPS Volunteer Application (all 3 forms attached).
- Deadline to submit is Feb 22nd 2019
- No forms, no entrance (for child protection)
