Matt Watkins - Senior Brokerage Associate - Reece Commercial Real Estate

Matt's experience in Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas allows for his clients to benefit from the leading edge of commercial real estate to help in buying, selling and leasing.  

Most recently, Matt has helped with acquisition at the Industrial project at the Turner Diagonal as well as several transactions in Strawberry Hill.

Matt stays current with most of the Planning and Zoning projects as well as bigger deals within the Wyandotte County Economic Development Council.

Matt served as Foundation Chair after our founding member Rich Barbudo retired.  Neil Wakefield expanded the role during Matt's 2nd tenure as Club President and has trusted Matt to take over Foundation leadership this year.
