In the November 15, 2018, edition of the Canton Repository, an article entitled"Volunteers recognized, honored"  detailed that the Stark County Prosecutor's Office honored volunteers for their efforts improving the lives of others in the community. One individual honored was Canton Rotarian Kim Kroh, under a section labelled "Counseling and helping others" , which read as follows:

"Kimberly Kroh received the Voices for Victims Award. Kroh joined the American Red Cross in 2001 as the director of Rape Crisis Services, assisting children, adolescents and adults through the difficult recovery process of sexual victimization.

In 2014, she became executive director of the Stark and Muskingum Lakes Chapter of American Red Cross. A licensed professional clinical counselor, Kroh continues to also work in the private sector at Vista Psychological & Counseling Centre.

Kroh has more than 20 years of experience as a clinical counselor and is a member of the American Counseling Association and the National Center for Victims of Crime and participates in numerous coalitions throughout Carroll, Harrison, Stark and Tuscarawas counties."

Congratulations, Kim!
