During the meeting on Friday, November 17, 2017, Rotarian Mike Brown introduced the Character Champs for the month of November, Daryl Daniels and Paige Williams.
 
Daryl Daniels
 
Daryl is the President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, a football captain, Vice President of the McKinley Men of Honor, and a Key Club member, to name a few of his extracurricular activities. When his mentor, school counselor Isaiah Wyatt, was asked what he sees in Daryl, he replied, "Daryl always displays character, he is trustworthy, ambitious, and a true leader among his peers." Daryl is also a hard worker, who most recently earned a 4.5 GPA (4.0 cumulative). He plans to pursue Pre-Pharmacy at Ohio University.
 
 
 
 
Paige Williams
 
Paige is a Senior at McKinley High School with a 4.19 grade point average. Paige has been taking advanced classes since the 10th grade, and is actively involved in Student Council and Pep Club. Paige has earned a three year letter in swimming as well as three academic letters. She is a National Honor Society member and involved in McKinley Women of Honor. Her future plans are to attend The Ohio State University to major in Sociology.
