At our weekly meeting on July 14, 2017, Canton Rotarian Stephanie Werren (sponsor) introduced new member, Joseph French, to the Rotary Club of Canton.
 
Joseph French is the Chief Executive Officer for Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health. Prior to this position, he was the Executive Director of Early Childhood Education Alliance, Inc. for 11 years. Joseph received his Master’s degree from Ashland University; Bachelor’s degree from Kent State University; and is a graduate of Leadership Stark County.
 
Joseph serves on the board for SPARK Ohio, the Canton Calvary Mission, the Early Childhood Resource Center, Stark County Help Me Grow Advisory Board, Ohio’s Children Trust Fund for Stark County, the United Way of Greater Stark County (Executive Committee, Leadership Committee and Impact Chair), and the Early Childhood Educators Consortium.
 
Some of Joseph's accomplishments consist of the 2003 Director of the Year, Canton Area Association for the Education of Young Children; 2002 Program Administrator of the Year, Ohio Association for the Education of Young Children; 2001 Award of Distinction, Canton Area Association for the Education of Young Children.
