Erasing the stigma associated with caring about emotional well-being, raising awareness & access
Club members participated in the phone bank for the Easterseals Celebration of Giving Telethon to benefit children and adults with disabilities, those with special needs, and their families. Joliet Rotarian Debra Condotti serves as the President/CEO of Easterseals Joliet Region.
 
 

Raffle funds available for the 2023-2024 project: $40,000

If you represent a non-profit in the Joliet area, you are invited to apply for up to $40,000 in funds through a Joliet Rotarian. Applications are now welcome. The deadline to submit your project application is March 31st, 2024.

Raffle Proceeds Project Selection Guidelines: 
  • Each project must be sponsored by a member of the Joliet Rotary Club. If the project is selected, that member, along with a representative of the organization shall monitor the progress and report on the implementation.
  • The project must be a long-term benefit for the Joliet Community and will be used for capital expenditures OR a program/services which will have substantial impact on the Joliet community.
  • The capital project must be clearly identified, including the Rotary Club of Joliet recognition plan. For a program request, the Joliet Rotary Club must be identified on all program brochures, social media, and websites for the program’s duration.
  • The project will be funded up to $40,000. These funds are available as a result of the Annual Joliet Rotary Raffle Fundraising Event.
  • Bids or estimates from design or construction professionals for all work and supplies should be submitted with each application for capital work. Or specific program budget and expenses should be provided for any program/service submitted.
  • The Rotary Member sponsoring the project should return the application and supporting documentation to Immediate Past President, Mary Kay Sheehan, or current President Diane Cepela by March 31st, 2024
