Santa Clara & Wilcox HS Interact Program
The Santa Clara HS and the Wilcox HS Interact Clubs, both sponsored by The Rotary Club of Santa Clara, will give the club an update on their actives.. Michelle Lewis the District 5170 Interact Advisor will also share the podium and inform us about this year's District-wide Interact opportunities.
INTERACT
Interact is a club for young people ages 12-18 who want to join together to tackle the issues in their community that they care most about. Interact members:
- Carry out hands-on service projects
- Make international connections
- Develop leadership skills
- Have fun!
HOW DOES AN INTERACT CLUB CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE?
Every Interact club carries out two service projects a year: one that helps their school or community and one that promotes international understanding.
Service projects are an effective way for youth to take action at home and abroad, connect with other young leaders, and get members excited about helping make our world a better place.
