Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Conferees Chosen

The RYLA Conferees will be at our June 1ST meeting to introduce themselves to our members.

RYLA Chair Natalie Devonish, announced that the RYLA Committee has chosen the conferees for the 2017 RYLA Program to be held at Stockton University from June 25th to June 29th. This is the 38th year RYLA has been held in our district. The Students chosen Were interviewed by President Joe Dolan, Tim Datig, And Pax Keates. Those chosen are:

Destiny DeBerry ACHS

Shay Steele ACIT

Iveon Cash ACHS

Kadinah Harris ACHS

The students are all Juniors. We hope to invite them to a club meeting to be introduced to club members.

The students are being sponsored by three Rotarians, Marty Wood, Bernadette K, and Pax Keates. The club is sponsoring 1 . The RYLA closing ceremony will be held on Thur. 6/29 at Stockton. There will be a buffet dinner available for a small fee for those attending. This is an exciting program showing what the group of about 150 students accomplished.
