Time Commitment 5:00-8:30pm

Tasks: Assist caterers in buffet setup, coffee/water tables and keep filled; serve sparkling wine (non-alcoholic) and hors d'eouvres; clean up disposable dishes/utensils

Schedule: 5:00 - Setup; 6-7:00 - hors-d'oeuvres and beverages; 7-8:00 program/entertainment; 8-8:30 - Clean Up

Rotary president or volunteer representative to thank volunteers and give a brief update and talk on Rotary

Bring: Rotary aprons, Rotary PR materials for display, camera to take photos for Rotary and the Help Center
