Four Way Test

FOUR WAY TEST

Of the things we think, say or do:

1. Is it the TRUTH?

2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?

3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?"

Adopted by Rotary in 1943, The Four-Way Test has been translated
into more than a hundred languages and published in thousands of ways.

stories

Joanne Robblee: Family of Rotary

District Conference:  Don't forget to register for the District Conference in April located in beautiful Jekyll Island! Directions for registering for the conference were emailed to all members. If you have never been to the rotary6900.org site, Joanne has your user name and then you can request a password.  Limited space at the Westin.

Community Needs Assessment:  This is a survey of different organizations/agencies in our community to identify how our service projects can best support the high priority needs in our area.  If anyone has a suggestion as to people/groups we need to talk to, let David Pope or Joanne know.

World Summit on Human Trafficking:  Monday, May 11th  Carter Center 8:00-5:00. Help build awareness to the fact that human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of children is our problem because it happens in our backyards everyday. Become advocates for changes to the laws that govern human trafficking and support the victims by helping them escape "the life".

Rotarians Against Distracted Driving: This signature project for Rotary promotes the education and implementation of programs for our communities to decrease the death and damage that occurs if driving distracted.

Paul Harris Fellows: District Governor Alicia Michael will be recognizing members of our club who have made significant contributions to the Rotary Foundation.

WHAT IS “EVERY ROTARIAN, EVERY YEAR” ALL ABOUT?

This initiative by the Board of Trustees of The Rotary Foundation:

Encourages EVERY ROTARIAN to participate in a Foundation program that truly makes a difference in the world each and EVERY YEAR, and

Encourages EVERY ROTARIAN to contribute to the Foundation’s Annual Fund at an amount in which they are able, EVERY YEAR.

The Rotary Foundation even has banners for clubs where every member contributes some amount to the Foundation and the annual per capita is US$100 and a banner for clubs where every member contributes at least US$100 per year…..think about what you can do to help us meet our Annual Giving goal…which is the goal to make positive change in the world around us?

IF YOU ARE A PART OF THE “EVERY ROTARIAN, EVERY YEAR” INITIATIVE WE PERSONALLY THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT OF THE ROTARY FOUNDATION AND ITS WORK.
