District 5495 Rotarians gathered at the Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park for the first in-person, district-wide, celebration since COVID precautionary distancing measures were taken in the spring of 2020. There were many highlights, but one that impacted a Mesa West Rotarian, Jeanie Morgan was when a new tradition was started. Now PDG Elizabeth Mahoney, DG Bret McKeand, DGN Larry Horton and DGND Kevin Pitts decided they would initiate a new honor to be given to Past District Governors who continued to be active and strongly influence district leadership as advisors and mentors.
