Allan Cady reports that sponsorship donations to Mesa West Rotary Foundation, Inc.to support our 2020-21 Sponsorship campaign now total at least $10,296. We are a little over one third of the way to the conservative $30,000 goal the committee set this year.Members are reminded to make their own contribution as well as seek outside contributions to support the charitable activities of our Mesa West Rotary Club through our own non-profit foundation. Because Mesa West Rotary Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation, donations qualify to be itemized on tax returns.
For donors who would prefer to make their contribution electronically, send an e-mail to Jeanie Morgan providing the donor name and whether the donation should be undesignated (so their donation can be used where need or opportunity is greatest) or to community, international, or youth service.
Businesses can also choose Vocational Service to support The Rotary Vocational Fund of Arizona, but individuals would personally benefit from giving to TRVFA directly so they can take advantage of the Arizona tax credit.
If donors wish to give to more than one fund, the invoice created can show the amount to be allocated to each fund selected.
