The person making the winning bid will have their choice between Pine Arizona or Lake Arrowhead California. Proceeds of the sale will go to the Mesa West Rotary Foundation to be credited to the fundraising efforts of Tim's team.

Lake Arrowhead California This is the Troys newest property and is still going through a remodel so it is not currently for rent and they don't have full photos.
