Investor and developer Randy Nix visits Rotary Club this Wednesday to talk about what he and his wife, Misty, are doing to help revitalize downtown Mineral Wells, his vision for downtown and other activities such as plans for the former Bank of America property and his position on the city's Economic Development Task Force.
