Rotary Global Grant Scholarships
The Rotary Club of Los Altos sponsors worthy qualifying applicants, who are then considered by the District, for Rotary Global Grant Scholarships.
Scholars must pursue graduate study in one of seven areas designated by The Rotary Foundation, and have been accepted to an educational institution outside the US.
The seven areas are:
- Promoting peace
- Fighting disease
- Providing clean water, sanitation, and hygiene
- Saving mothers and children
- Supporting education
- Growing local economies
- Protecting the environment
The deadline for submitting applications is in the February-March time frame of each year. Please contact Shiv Shastri (shivadevshastri@att.net) regarding applying for a Rotary Global Grant Scholarship.
