Holiday Party 2017

BELOW IS USEFUL INFORMATION ABOUT TONIGHT:

Getting There and Parking:  The Elks Lodge is located at 4249 El Camino Real in Palo Alto, on the corner of Deodar St. To get to the parking lot, turn into Deodar Street from El Camino Real, and the parking lot will be immediately on your right.  There should be plenty of parking, but if it fills up, there is overflow parking across the street (there will be signs).  We'll have balloons out to help guide you!

The party is on the second floor in the Palo Alto Room.  From the front entrance, you can take the stairs or the elevator (straight past the stairs).  On the second floor, follow the signs to the Palo Alto Room.

Spirits:  We are donating red and white wine to the guests. You may also bring your own wine. You will have to check in your wine at the registration table so that we can account for it. Rotary will be paying a corkage fee for all wine brought in and opened, so if you do not open it, please let us know at the end of the night.  Also, please note that you cannot leave at the end of the night with an opened bottle of wine.

There will also be a no-host bar for beer and liquor (and wine if we run out of the donated wine).

Payment:  The cost is $75/person.  If you have not yet paid, please bring a check with you to the event. Please make checks payable to LARC or Los Altos Rotary Club (Note, we are not accepting payment by credit card).
