Program - Tonia Teasley, Regional CEO, American Red Cross
Did you know that the American Red Cross responds to more than 65,000 disasters every year? Or that 90% of the Red Cross workforce is volunteers? The American Red Cross has been around for more than 140 years and yet few people have a clear picture of the vast number of people touched by the organization, the many ways in which the organization provides services locally and nationally, or why so many volunteers love the Red Cross enough to stay as volunteers for decades.
