Mustard Seed - Hockey Help the Homeless

We are still looking for volunteers for our Hockey Helps the Homeless event happening in May!

The event will be happening at Terwillegar Community Rec Centre on Friday, May 10th!

 

Here are the volunteer spots:

 

Thursday, May 10^th:

                Locker Room Staging (7 PM – 12 AM) – 2 spots available (Change Room Setup, Volunteer T-Shirt Folding, Gift Bag Prep, etc.)

                Pre-Tournament Reception Support (5 PM – 10 PM) – 2 spots available

 

Friday, May 11^th:

                Last Minute Room Prep (6 AM – 9 AM) –  4 spots available

                Player Registration (6 AM – 11 AM) –  1 spot available

                Pro Registration (6 AM – 11 AM) – FILLED

               

                Volunteer Registration (6 AM – 11 AM) – FILLED

 

                Silent Auction Setup and Management (7 AM – 6 PM) –  6 spots available

                Rink Captain(s) (7 AM – 5 PM) – 3 spots available

                Score Keepers (7 AM – 5 PM) – 7 spots available

                Team Hosts (7 AM – 5 PM) – 20 spots available (1 per team)

                Beer Garden (10:30 AM – 6 PM) ­– FILLED

 

                Lunch (10:30 AM – 2:30 PM) – FILLED

                Tear Down (3 PM – 8 PM) –  8 spots available
