Speaker: Captain Stacy Holland – Capt. Holland began his law enforcement career with the Kilgore Police Department in 1993 after graduating from  Kilgore College with an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and attending the East Texas Police Academy. Captain Holland’s first Texas Peace Officer Commission was in1993, as a Reserve PoliceOfficer with the Kilgore Police Department. Capt. Holland served as a patrol officer and detective before leaving the Kilgore Police Department in 1997 to attend the Texas Department of Public Safety All Service Recruit School. Capt. Holland has served in the Texas Highway Patrol and Texas DPS Narcotics Division as a Criminal Law Enforcement Interdiction Trooper. Capt. Holland promoted to the rank of Sergeant/Pilot in 2002 and Lieutenant/Pilot in 2008, and to the rank of Captain in 2010.  Capt. Holland is currently stationed in San Antonio and is responsible for air support during steady state and special operation task forces along the southwestern border.Capt. Holland holds two FAA Airline Transport Licenses  in multi-engine airplanes and rotorcraft and has logged over 9,000 hours of flight time.
