Rotary Club of Stratford's Nicaragua Project

COMMIT (Canadian Outreach Medical and Mission Team) has been going back to Nicaragua for 6 or 7 years now. There is a CORE group who have been involved since the beginning, and several team members go back a number of times. In addition to Medical Clinics in remote villages, we provide computers,  sewing Machines, musical instruments and books for the villages. Last November we shipped a container full of hospital and firefighting supplies. In 2017 COMMIT became affiliated with the Rotary Club of Stratford. In March of this year COMMIT was named a winner of the Stratford YMCA Peace Medalion.
