About WMEF
The Wayzata Rotary Club started the Wayzata Memorial Education Foundation in 1961 as a fund to support scholarships to Wayzata Senior High Students. Today, we generally give away between 14 and 16 $1,000 scholarships each year. Most of this money comes from the earnings on our investments and also the Rotary Club donation.
