Last week President Alli reviewed the results of our Visioning exercise last week. Thanks to Marie Baker from Nampa Rotary for being our facilitator. The results of our blue dot/red dot voting were enlightening! For example:
- We think our optimum club size is 45 (we're at 38 now)
- We want to be known as "People of Action"
- The top vote getter under "Avenues of Service" was Greenbelt and River Projects
- We need to enhance our social media presence
- We will to continue our support of the Rotary Foundation.
- Lets have a "Fall Fest" as a fundraiser
