Six deserving Valley students are off to their chosen university or college in the fall with a little help from the Rotary Club of Kentville. From the top-
- Kim Monette presents a $3000 scholarship to Melissa Reid to further her studies at Dalhousie University in Environmental Sustainability
- Garth Gordon congratulates Amy Hiltz on winning a $1500 scholarship to help her attend NSCC campus to study Early Childhood Education
- Jeff Kelly presents Tjeerd Schep with $3000 scholarship to assist him with expenses at Memorial University to study Kinesiology
- Shane Bickerton accepts a $3000 scholarship from Garth Gordon. He will be studying Human Kinetics at St. Frances Xavier University
- On behalf of the Rotary Club of Kentville, Kim Monette awards Dylan Shepard a $3000 scholarship for studies in the Science of Nursing at St. Frances Xavier University
- Jeff Kelly presents Tristan Tupper with a $1500 scholarship to help him attend NSCC at Kingstec to study Office Administration.
