Hybrid Bryan Rotary Club Mtg 9/22/2021-Meal RSVP

This is a reminder that for the rest of September only, lunch RSVPs are requested for the weekly Bryan Rotary Club meeting by 5:00 each Monday before the Wednesday Club meeting. Quarterly lunch billing will begin again starting with October's Club statement. 

Bryan Rotary Club will continue to offer a Hybrid meeting format. The in-person meeting will be held at The Stella Hotel located at 4100 Lake Atlas Drive, Bryan, TX 77807. The virtual meeting featuring the same program will be offered via Zoom. Both meetings will be held simultaneously from 12:00-1:00 pm each Wednesday. 

RSVP to reserve a meal each Monday by 5:00 pm. Meal requests after this cannot be guaranteed at this time. You should receive an email confirmation once you register. 

Our Club Secretary Janie Williams will bill those who RSVP to have lunch. Email Janie at janieloiswilliams@gmail.com for quarterly billing questions.
