Beer and Pizza Night - Tri-Club Foundation Dinner

In a normal year the Rotary Clubs of Prince George (Rotaract & Interact as well) would organize and hold an in person Rotary Foundation Dinner to promote knowledge of and raise funds for the Foundation.  With Covid -19 that is simply not possible so, instead, we will be having a virtual Zoom based "Beer and Pizza" Foundation Fund and Fun Raiser event the evening of Friday April  23.

  The attached three documents provide an overview of the planned event, a sign up sheet and a pizza menu.

  Without repeating all that is in those attachments here are the highlights:

• Friday April 23, 6:00 - 7:30 pm
• Speaker - RI Director Stephanie Urchick, Fellowship and Fun to follow.
• Cost: $50 - that gets you a large Domino Pizza and four PWB "beer" delivered to your home.  You and you partner will enjoy the "Beer and Pizza" in the comfort of your home while you take in (and take part in) the program.
• Complete the sign-up sheet by April 16 and send to:  wkwrp@telus.net
• Contact Rachelle Delorey 250-563-8002 or 250-961-0714 to pay the $50 fee.
• After expenses, a donation in your name will be made to the Rotary Foundation.

  Rachelle has kindly offered to collect the funds for the Nechako Club.  You can pay in three ways:

• By Cheque - Made out to the Rotary Club of Prince George - Nechako and dropped off at
•  Rachelle’s Home - 1644 Pine Street
• By Cash - drop off at 1644 Pine Street.
• By e-transfer to: rachelle942@telus.net
