Annual Thanksgiving Scouting for Food Drive

Saturday Morning November 9th

Please place all donations by your mailbox by 10:00 AM

Donations will be picked up rain or shine!!!

Weston Scouts

Each year the Weston Scouting groups conduct a Thanksgiving Food Drive as a local public service project. The Weston Scouts pass out flyers, collect all the bags of food and deliver them to the Rt. 30 Fire Station. At the fire station the Boy Scouts pack up all the food and deliver it to a local area food pantry. This year the food will be donated to A Place to Turn in Natick, www.aplacetoturn-natick.org

Donations by your Mailbox

Please place any donations you wish to make in a plastic grocery bag and leave it by your mailbox by 10:00 AM Saturday, November 9th. Although Weston Scouts are good trackers, the long driveways, multiple doors, big dogs and heavy woods necessitate our request that you leave any donation by your mailbox near the street.

Items to Include

There is a complete list of needed items on the back of this flyer. Expired goods must be disposed of so we would appreciate it if you could check the dates on your donations. Please do not include perishable items such as meats and produce.
