The Rotary Club of Weston and Wayland continues our monthly Networking Breakfast Meeting!

Tuesday, January 21, 2020.  Future meetings on the 4th Tuesday of each month (some variations apply). 

Mel's Commonwealth Cafe, 310 Commonwealth Road (Rt. 30) Wayland, MA - 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.

Agenda:

  • 7:15-7:30: Arrive, unstructured networking, reconnect. 
  • 7:30: Seating, order breakfast (self-pay, separate checks) 
  • 7:45: Welcome, introductions, and announcements followed by brief business introductions ("commercial," "elevator pitch" or personal statement).
  • 8:15: Discussion, wrap-up.
  • 8:30: Done. 

Additional Service to Participants: We believe in seeking ways to improve the experience every month, which led us to these additional services: 

  • Sharing Contact Information: We collect everyone's business cards and send it to all the participants in a single clickable PDF so you don't have to worry about making sure to get everyone's card. 
  • Easy Group Communications: Each attendee is added to our email group to make it easy for attendees to reach everyone who has ever attended one or more sessions. 
  • Open Invitations: We understand that closer relationships make it easier to do more good business, so everyone who attends is welcome to participate in any Weston-Wayland Rotary activity anytime, whether it's a social function, weekly meeting, or community service activity. 

Background

A number of our members have enjoyed "Rotary Means Business" events, and we want more of it.  Rotarians are "People of Action!"  With Rotary, neighbors, friends, and problem-solvers share ideas, join leaders, and take action to create lasting change. 

We enjoy a monthly gathering of like-minded business professionals who live, work, or are interested in business in the greater metro area of Wayland and Weston, and who are interested in doing more business closer to home with others who are similarly devoted to their communities.

Your only cost is your time and whatever you order for breakfast. 

We hope you can join us, and also that you will share this with your business contacts.  All are welcome, whether they are current or future members of any Rotary Club anywhere. 
 
Capacity: The space at Mel's can accommodate up to 35 networkers, so sign up sooner than later. (We had 22 in September!)
