Sheriff McDermott’s public safety mission extends beyond the walls of the Norfolk County Correctional Center, and he realizes the importance of service out in the community. His mission very much aligns with The Rotary Club’s core belief of service above self.

With a proud record of public service, he sees that meetings are an opportunity to connect with neighbors and community leaders who all share the same commitment to positive lasting change.  Sheriff McDermott looks forward to exchanging ideas, addressing challenges, and coming together to work towards solving the most persistent issues with the dedicated residents of Wellesley.
