District 7910 and District 7930 are collaborating to support an opportunity for clubs to make a difference doing “service” by providing meals to veterans at The New England Center and Home for Veterans (NECHV) located at 17 Court Street in Boston.  Click HERE for a map.

For the week prior to the holiday, Rotarians from across the 2 districts will assist the NECHV by providing teams of volunteers to serve meals and interact with the Veteran residents of the Center.  
 
Newton Rotary is serving dinner on Thursday, May 24th!   We will be a team of up to 12 people per meal service with tasks divided into two particular shifts: 10 people for serving meals and providing wait-staff support in the dining hall, and 2 people designated for social engagement – playing games, cards, or simply chatting with the residents.
