NikaVika SisterHood

NikaVika SisterHood was founded in the wake of an activist movement that catapulted around the world in October of 2017, and is still on the fast-track today.

Through our proactive, upbeat coaching, we aim to close a set of "gaps" in the areas of ambition, inclusion and vigilance.  Some of these gaps naturally stem from limited time and resources between home, school and office.  Others have been historically rooted in outdated, cultural and societal influences. And other gaps simply "exist" and are best filled by those who inspire!

NikaVika SisterHood celebrates the strength, spirit and success of girls in our communities, and while doing so, we give back 25% of our profits to local causes that empower our members.

As the daughter of an inspiring mother of nine children, one of six sisters, and aunt to 30+ nieces and grandnieces, the importance of sisterhood resonates deeply with Gretchen. An academic coach to many local girls, an entrepreneur, wife, and daughter, Gretchen is a graduate of BC's Lynch School of Education and Harvard Graduate School of Education. As a Grade 5 teacher at Milton Academy's Lower School in the mid-90s, she launched MillerAcademy Coaching, from which NikaVika SisterHood was ultimately born.  Outside of her coaching work, Gretchen is passionate about her family and friends, golf, writing (her father's memoirs!) and traveling.
