Lauren Ready Presents Research on Women Executives

At Rotary's Dec. 5 meeting, Lauren Ready, Director of Talent Management Initiatives and Marketing at the International Consortium for Executive Development Research in Lexington, presented results of her research on exceptional women leaders. Based on interviews of 60 women executives at 20 different companies in 19 countries, Ready outlined three areas of focus for successful career development: 1. Explore, 2. Own, 3. Repay.
