Sterling Heights National Night Out

August 7 (Tuesday) - Major Club Event:  Bike Safety Helmet program at the "Annual Night Out" in conjunction with the Sterling Heights Police Department.  Meet at 5:30 p.m. to set up for this event (6 p.m. to 9 p.m.) in front of Sterling Heights City Hall (Dodge Park Road and Utica Road - 40111 Dodge Park Rd.)  Wear a Rotary Shirt.  Rain or shine.  This is a fun annual event where our Club fits and distributes FREE bike helmets for kids - until we run out!  See the joy in the children's faces and promote safety and health and Rotary!  Don't miss it!  Tell your friends and relatives, especially those with young children!

At the Bike Helmet event are many other booths and displays and giveaways including free food, treats, swag, and various kid-friendly activities - magic show, ice cream, music, characters, police and fire vehicles, etc.  Steve Neirinck is our Club's event Chairman so contact him directly for more information.  This will be a Great event!
