Please join us for a truly enjoyable presentation by Fred Ash, Broker and owner of Commercial Realty Company, who is truly an expert on the various ways to invest in Commercial Real Estate. Fred will walk us through all of the ins & outs of investing in Houston properties, in a very easy to understand presentation. If you think investing in Commerical Real Estate is not for you, or is out of your reach, think again! You will be amazed at how simple this process can be, and if you have not invested in Commercial Real Estate, you will wonder just why you have not done so!
Fred has been in the Commerical Real Estate Industry for 38 year and will offer case studies on past and present deals. Having started in 1980 and experiencing the 80’s turmoil and negotiating thousands of leases in the office, industrial, retail and medical fields, his experience grew to selling properties beginning in the 90’s, and development consulting from the mid 2000’s to present.
He will offer tips and tricks on commercial leases and how companies can leverage their business to purchase properties and create value. Actual case studies will be presented on a variety of ways to create value along with new developments currently underway.
Fred will also highlight points on what the future holds for Houston in the Commercial Real Estate market.
