You can now view your account balance and pay your bill online.  Statements/invoices will still only be sent out on a monthly basis, but online balances will be updated weekly by end of day Friday.  Instructions are below.  If you have any questions, please contact the treasurer at khrdues@yahoo.com.

 

1 - Log in to ClubRunner at khrotary.org (located in the top right column/corner of the page)

 

2 – On the “Admin” tab section (this is the page you are taken to upon sign-in), the very last item under

      My ClubRunner (first column on the left in the white square area) click on the link to “My Billing

      Account Balance

 

3 – The next screen shows My Transactions.  Here you can see your current balance, past

       invoices (starting with 3 July 2013) and you have the ability to “Make a Payment”

 

4 – You are then taken to the Billing Payment screen where you can submit your payment

       using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS

       AT THIS TIME.

 

5 – You will receive an email confirmation that your payment has been received and accepted at the email on file with ClubRunner

 

6 – If you would like to set up recurring payments, see the Treasurer
