Bell County Housing Market and Trends

Myka Allen-Johnson is owner of The Real Estate Business School of Salado. She is a licensed TREC instructor and author of "Tales From Sales." Johnson will address the dramatic turnaround in Bell County from solid buyers market to sellers. Her book explores her post-teaching life of Killeen's real estate market, highlighting the silly and mcabre, and exploring characters from the bearded lady whose air condition was eaten by a pack of wild dogs, a god-fearing mime, to a woman who chewed a model home out of almost all of its fake fruit, to name a few.
