Baker Braverman and Barbador/South Shore Chamber

 

Kim Kroha is a senior associate of Baker, Braverman & Barbadoro PC. Kim’s primary practice focuses on real estate and includes zoning disputes, permitting matters including local hearings and appeals, easements, affordable housing (40B) development, and conservation approvals. She represents clients in Land Court and Superior Court, before the Housing Appeals Committee, and before local boards in the South Shore. Kim also represents clients in bankruptcy matters and on appeals to the Appeals Court of Massachusetts and Supreme Judicial Court, where she clerked after law school.

 

Kim is a volunteer member and Vice-Chair of her hometown Braintree Planning Board. She previously served on the Conservation Commission. Kim has been on the Board of Braintree Chamber of Commerce since 2019 and has served as Chair since June 2020.

 

During and prior to law school, Kim was real estate manager for a national real estate development firm specializing in commercial properties with primarily retail tenants. Kim graduated from New England Law, Boston summa cum laude and as valedictorian of the evening division. She holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University, graduating magna cum laude. Kim and her husband Bob reside in Braintree with their two young children.
