Visit with Fellow Rotarians and Meet a New Inbound Exchange Student
Join us at 5:30 p.m. at Maldaners Upstairs. Social nights are times to visit and share with your fellow Rotarians. Our traditional 50-50 drawing and brag-a-bucks will be part of the program, but most of the evening is set aside for fellowship and getting to know each other a little better. We are a lively group and sometimes toast a Rotary Club from another country with an appropriate beverage. We toasted the Rotary Club of Limerick Ireland at our August 6 Club meeting (image above).
Manu Santos, the inbound exchange student from Spain, who we are co-sponsoring with the Rotary Club of Midtown Springfield, will join us for our meeting. He recently arrived in Springfield and is pictured below with Beth Bellatti Allen, the Youth Exchange Officer for the Midtown Club.
Guests are always welcome and may enjoy a fine buffet dinner for $12.00. You are bound to meet some interesting people of action.
Remember to bring school supplies for our adopted school, Ridgely Elementary!
