Meet Outbound Rotary Exchange Students Hosted by our Club!
Join us for Rotary Night on August 6 at 5:30 p.m. at Maldaners Upstairs and learn about our Rotary Club in action. We will have two special visitors. Mandy Lynn and Maia Ojugbele (pictured above with her mom, Vel) are Rotary Youth Exchange students from our district. They both attend Springfield High School and have been working for a full year on their applications to go abroad for one year. Mandy will spend a year with a host family in Japan, and Maia will spend her year in Taiwan. Each of them must give an introductory talk to the host Rotary Club in the area, and they will make that presentation to us. Please come hear these two wonderful young women. Let’s send them off on this adventure with the full support of the Rotary Club of Springfield. Visitors are welcome to attend, and may enjoy a fine buffet dinner for $12.00.
