New Club Direction - Evening Meeting 1/28

Fellow Club Members -

We are in desperate need of a deep down heart to heart about our club. We're on the verge of extinction and so this conversation is greatly needed. In a recent meeting, we decided to take a new approach to looking at our club.... we're going to sit down on Tuesday, January 28th and imagine we're creating a BRAND NEW club from scratch. As if we don't already have a club and see what comes of the conversation. Please bring your hopes, dreams and ideas with you as to what would make this club one that's irresistable to attend and continue to be a part of. We're looking forward to the conversation and excited about the outcomes of this meeting.

To prepare, I've created a google drive folder with a bunch of resources pulled off the RI website and our own district's website, including "How to start a new club," "Membership planning" and others. Please review the documents I've saved there and send me any others you think would be helpful for other members.

I'm creating this event so that we can get an accurate headcount for Tuesday night. Please be sure you let us know if you can make it so that if a lot of people are coming we can move to a space bigger than Steve's living room.
