Rotarian Moira Miller presented to us about the upcoming Yultide Market hosted by the newly formed Shrewsbury Town Center Association (STCA). The mission of the STCA is to improve, enhance and foster economic and cultural development in the Town Center district of Shrewsbury, MA. Stephanie Luz and Melanie Petrucci are also members of this dynamic group working to revitalize Shrewsbury's Town Center.

Inspired by popular European holiday markets, the Yuletide Market will offer for sale holiday treats, sweets, gifts, crafts and festivities plus the first lighting of the town common. The event takes place on Saturday, December 7th from 4-8PM in the parking lot of Chiampa Funeral Home. For more information visit this website: https://www.shrewsburytca.com/yuletide-market-2019.

Our club will be selling notecards and serving mulled wine at the Yultide Market as a fundraiser. Volunteers are needed to set up the pop up tents and decorate them with holiday lights starting at 3PM and to sell notecards and mulled wine during the market. Because the event is outdoors, we are looking for 5 volunteers for each 2 hours shift to allow for people to take breaks as needed to warm up. Volunteers for selling mulled wine need to be TIPS certified.
