On March 23 our club will host the First Shrewsbury Foundation Day. As many of you know, last year we started our own 501c3 as the Rotary Club Shrewsbury Foundation. The idea behind our Foundation Day is to:
- Encourage club members to come up with new ideas for service projects especially ones that might qualify for district grants
- Encourage members to make donations to the Foundation
On March 23rd we ask that members present a project to the club.
Presentation Requirements:
- Members will have 3 to 5 minutes to present new project.
- Project should include partner organization- Non Rotarian Participation
- Active Rotarian involvement (number of Rotarians and Volunteer hours)
- Budget
- Project impact
