GSI Geohazard Mitigation

Topic: Albert Ruckman and Bob Barrett are both the founders of GeoStabilization International (Previously Soil Nail Launcher).  GeoStabilization International started in 2001 with just Al and Bob.  Today, the company is the leading geo hazard mitigation company in North America.

Bio: Robert Barrett, P.G., and Al Ruckman, P.E. both spent 30+ year careers in public sector transportation and became known internationally for their contributions and leadership in geotechnical research, design, construction, and maintenance. Building on their broad experience and inspired by their research discovery, the Soil Nail Launcher, they formed Soil Nail Launcher, Inc. a landslide remediation company.  Since then, the company became GeoStabilization International, a Grand Junction company.
