WCCC Update

Bio:  Ms. Brigitte Sündermann currently serves as the Acting Vice President for Community College Affairs at Western Colorado Community College, a division of Colorado Mesa University.

Her leadership roles have included Director of Manufacturing and Department Head of Engineering. Prior to her leadership roles, Ms. Sündermann served as an assistant technical professor for 10 years at WCCC/CMU, within the Manufacturing and Engineering fields. Brigitte also worked within the engineering industry as a professional engineer in soil remediation and land development for over 10 years.

Ms. Sündermann has her BS in Civil Engineering, an MBA, and is a PhD candidate at Colorado State University.

In addition to her duties at WCCC, Ms. Sündermann serves on the Riverside Education Center, Rocky Mountain PBS, Eureka! Math and Science Center, CareerLink and Mesa County Workforce Development boards.

Topic:  Ms. Sündermann will provide an overview of current course offerings at WCCC as well as potential new offerings on the horizon.
