Volunteer Opportunities Coming Up for Our Club

        •Holiday Gift Shopping for Griffith Centers Students

Dates:  Now - Mid December

The Service Fund Committee approved $600 for gifts for Griffith Centers students’ holiday gifts.  Volunteers will be given a list of possible gifts, and shopping can be done for one or more students.  

Details of giving the gifts to students will be provided later in November.

For now, Judy Casey is coordinating this effort.  A signup sheet will be provided at the November 6 meeting.

        •Reading Friends at Queen Palmer Elementary School

Dates:  Now - Through May, 2016 

Grades:  2 and 3

Times:  Morning and Early Afternoon

        •Salvation Army Bell Ringers at Kings Sooper at Unitah Gardens

Dates:  December 12 & 19 

           December 13 & 20 (if enough volunteers sign up

Times:  9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
